We want you to love your autobrush® style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories are final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to obtain a receipt for tracking your return's progress.
Receive Refund or Credit
After our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
